abb829283b Take out messy Dpad emulation code - this will require an entire 
rewrite where we come up with a solution that works the same across

1c9bbb9333 Repurpose L/R in RGUI to scroll to next letter. 
A common feature in controller-based file selection pickers
is to be able to scroll to next letter in the alphabet.

2f35b523cb (RARCH_CONSOLE) Dpad emulation assignment at init startup was causing the issues - we need to eliminate all this junk code and properly refactor it 
for all platforms anyway, so take it out for now

3ed9321468 Update man-page and --help.

b3c1afe2ec Redirect keyboard events to RGUI. 
Fixes issue where libretro cores receive keyboard events even though
they are not running (inside RGUI).

6fe01e3fcf Remove an arbitrary hardcoded pad. 
Input config RGUI should avoid having to rely too much on autoconfigs.
Keep Xinput pad autoconfig however, as its convenience is worth quite a lot.
