This never worked and Team Fortress 2 will eventually not have this issue. Left 4 Dead 2 and perhaps other Source 1 games will have this issue still, but that's life when the game's middle-ware executes heap memory.

After longer testing, rpm-ostree initramfs is too finiky to properly support this, dracut.conf files work better without stepping on bazzites initramfs args
