All current usages have this parameter set to 0 (this means the tests are unchanged).
Remove the GENERIC_ERROR return behaviour, in favour of returning the actual status.

All current usages have this parameter set to 0 (meaning the behaviour
of these tests hasn't changed). We also now return the actual error code, not GENERIC_ERROR

If the key has been destroyed (and the new parameter is 1), we test that
psa_cipher_abort succeeds in this scenario.

This will allow us to use this smoke test to ensure that key slot content reads are
only performed when we are registered to read a full slot. We will destroy the key
on another thread while the key is being exercised, and fail the test if an unexpected
error code is hit. Future commits will incrementally implement this new parameter.
All current usages of this function have this parameter set to 0, in which case
the new behaviour must be the same as the old behaviour

The sign/verify functions happily use the wrong algorithm, but the
encrypt/decrypt functions error out if the padding mode specifies V21.

Use of volatile is more an internal implementation detail (ensuring
const-time) than part of the contract (the caller doesn't care about
volatile as such).

We need the pointer, A, to be volatile, to ensure the reads happen. bits
does not need to be volatile.

Threads lose the mutex between locking the slot and changing the slot's state.
Make it so that threads check if another thread has completed a destruction during this period.
Also fix the issue with the incorrect status variable being used.

The conversion back to signed short is an issue: the uint cast results
in (-1 + UINT_MAX), which is OK. But then that can't be cast back to a
signed value: "if the new type is signed and the value cannot be
represented in it; either the result is implementation-defined or an
implementation-defined signal is raised."

Move PSK ciphersuite selection up to the main
ClientHello parsing function. That way the
ciphersuite selection only happens in this
function.
