6e81f722ad In ip6_input(), accept solicited node packets that match the receiving 
netif addresses, when multicast is disabled.

679d3fd5b3 Add unit tests for DHCP 
Three simple tests that test the basic functionality of the DHCP client.
They require that UDP checksums are off for now.
