Add minimal .md browser to show README/LICENSES files
...
Now we can see markdown files inside Aseprite. This is an initial
support (text only, separators, links only on headers and to external
URLs).
- Added a new docs/LICENSES.md file
- Removed old .txt licenses

it to make it fully visible in the canvas.
