ever implemented for OpenGL2 driver, lots of code debt, best to
instead just keep improving the overlay system instead which is
already available for most video drivers
was troublesome so bumped up max shaders to 10 for now, some style nits in
RSX video driver, variable center_y could be uninitialized so fixed that
in psl1ght_input.c
