move module initialization into a module manager, still has some issues like stopping not working and debug crashing

"cellPhotoUtility" (which already exists in cellPhotoExport)
Now all the conflicts are solved. :-)
NOTE: We should search for a better name for 's_rescInternalInstance'.
This one is just too long and some lines don't even fit in my screen
because of this.
