da7472fe81 Optimizations (#1680) 
* Optimizations

1) Some headers simplified for better compilation time
2) Some templates simplified for smaller executable size
3) Eliminate std::future to fix compilation for mingw64
4) PKG installation can be cancelled now
5) cellGame fixes
6) XAudio2 fix for mingw64
7) PPUInterpreter bug fixed (Clang)

9f257ee9f8 Slims down minidx9 to XAudio2_7 
Removes minidx9 as a submodule
Slims down minidx9 to have only the files XAudio2 (2.7) needs.
The other dx9 related files weren't being used.

fe1b0e70b9 Update WxWidgets repository 
This is in preparation to make it easy to compile with VS2015.

Also there's notables changes in wxWidgets that we might find very useful,
such as being able to create OpenGL debug contexts.

The change in .gitmodules might make it necessary for people to run
"git submodule sync" after pulling these changes

eb93e87b7f Logging CheckBox, cellGame stuff and other fixes 
* cellGameContentPermit and cellGameBootCheck updated.
* Checkbox in the Settings dialog, for enabling logging.
