GUI: take out some unwise shortcuts
Removes the ability to stop or restart emulation via keyboard shortcuts while the game is running. Prevents loss of work that can happen due to the current bindings conflicting with very-widely established shortcuts. Ctrl+C and Ctrl+E will now be unbound, and Ctrl+R will now mean Resume. Strings that mention these keybinds were adjusted accordingly.
