Fixed ELF64 loader.
Fixed cellPadGetInfo. Fixed cellFsOpen path encoding. Draft implementation of cellAudioGetPortConfig. Implemented STBUX, STHUX, STWUX. Improved Boot (S)ELF / Install PKG UI.
