This is a breaking change in light of new methods added in CL/175458.
This removes:
Message.KnownFields: equivalent functionality have been hoisted up
to the Message interface itself.
Message.UnknownFields: equivalent functionality is via
the Message.{Set,Get}Unknown methods.
