3bda79ba9f Move initialisation in test to before first test 
Calling mbedtls_cipher_free() on a context that was not initialised
is dangerous, and this could happen if the first test in
check_set_padding() failed.

466286a14a Remove redundant test component 
In the full configuration MBEDTLS_TEST_HOOKS is
enabled thus the configurations in
test_full_cmake_gcc_asan_new_bignum and
test_full_cmake_gcc_asan_new_bignum_test_hooks
are the same. Keep the component that runs more
tests.
