- MBEDTLS_TEST_STATIC_KEY_SLOTS_SUPPORT_RSA_[2048/4096] are always
defined because they are only used in test_suite_psa_crypto
tests.
- MBEDTLS_TEST_ALLOW_RSA_4096 was renamed as
MBEDTLS_TEST_PK_ALLOW_RSA_KEY_PAIR_4096 because this is only used in
PK related test suites.

This value should be:
- OK for all EC/FFDH key pairs/public keys;
- OK for all supported public RSA keys;
- OK for RSA key pairs up to 2048 bits;
- FAIL for RSA key pairs above 2048 bits.

The pk_write_pubkey_check sometimes take ~3 hours to run with
GCC+Asan on the CI in the full config. Comment out the slowest
ones while we investigate and release 3.6.2.

Add pk_write test cases where the ASN.1 INTEGER encoding of the
private value would not have the mandatory size for the OCTET STRING
that contains the value.
ec_256_long_prv.pem is a random secp256r1 private key, selected so
that the private value is >= 2^255, i.e. the top bit of the first byte
is set (which would cause the INTEGER encoding to have an extra
leading 0 byte).
ec_521_short_prv.pem is a random secp521r1 private key, selected so
that the private value is < 2^519, i.e. the first byte is 0 and the
top bit of the second byte is 0 (which would cause the INTEGER
encoding to have one less 0 byte at the start).
