This commit removes the duplicate demo_common.sh file in tf-psa-crypto
and instead use the demo_common.sh file in mbedtls/programs.

Rename mbedcrypto target to tfpsacrypto and
prefix all cmake related variables with
tfpsacrypto instead of mbedcrypto.

The empty framework directory is temporary. It will be
removed when TF-PSA-Crypto uses its framework submodule.

We cannot add the equivalent of
cmake_package_install yet as the build in
tf-psa-crypto still references some headers
in ./include/mbedtls like mbedtls_config.h.
We cannot add the equivalent of
cmake_subproject yet as currently only
the case of the Mbed TLS parent project is
supported.

Add programs directory in tf-psa-crypto directory
for the tree in the directory to looks like a
TF-PSA-Crypto root tree as expected by
build_tree.py.
