fix: rename BEFORE_COLON and BC to avoid conflicts

Namespace BEFORE_COLON and BC defines by prepending MBEDTLS_
and expanding BC to BEFORE_COLON_STR. This is to avoid naming
conflicts with third-party code. No functional change.
