New deprecations
* mbedtls_pk_wrap_as_opaque() is deprecated. To mimic the same behavior
mbedtls_pk_get_psa_attributes() and mbedtls_pk_import_into_psa() can be
used to import a PK key into PSA, while mbedtls_pk_setup_opaque() can
be used to wrap a PSA key into a opaque PK context.
