Modernize mpi_write_binary and mpi_write_binary_le
Use TEST_CALLOC instead of a fixed-size buffer, so that Asan/Valgrind builds will detect a buffer overflow. Honor output_size regardless of the value of the number. Signed-off-by: Gilles Peskine <Gilles.Peskine@arm.com>
