679d3fd5b3 Add unit tests for DHCP 
Three simple tests that test the basic functionality of the DHCP client.
They require that UDP checksums are off for now.

bcabe63971 Set ip_data.current_netif earlier to allow ICMPv6 packets in ip6_fwd.
