0aad45593f Unix port: sio module: memset struct sigaction to 0 
* Use memset to set all struct sigaction fields to 0
  instead of doing it field by field, since fields
  depend on the architecture.

* LWIP_MARK_TCPIP_THREAD moved to include/lwip/sys.h
* Unix port macro definitions moved to sys_arch.h
  * LWIP_MARK_TCPIP_THREAD
  * LOCK_TCPIP_CORE
  * UNLOCK_TCPIP_CORE
