Allow the use of external Sockets headers
New macro LWIP_SOCKET_HEADERS can be used to replace LwIP sockets headers by OS's headers. By default LWIP_SOCKET_HEADERS==LWIP_SOCKET, when LWIP_SOCKET==1 and LWIP_SOCKET_HEADERS==0, user must provide their custom headers by setting LWIP_INCLUDE_SOCKETS and LWIP_INCLUDE_INET.
