Victor Zverovich	d1ded569ff	Separate memory management and formatting ... Array is split into an abstract Buffer class and a concrete MemoryBuffer class. BasicWriter now does all memory allocation through a Buffer object. Subclasses of BasicWriter may use different buffer types.
