* feat: Build images based on Fedora 39

* fix(f39): Install kernel specific kmods

Installs kmods specific to the kernel/image flavor being used as ASUS and Surface no longer include these

2ea3059307 Fix hide/unhide grub just command 
Use current grub paths instead of depreciated F33 paths.

Also simplify detection by looking if /sys/firmware/efi exists, as BIOS systems don't have this directory.
