6eb349dca6 Remove passing around video_data inside RGUI. 
Makes very little sense to add cruft to the interface
when it also risks using an invalidated video_data ...

511bc8b5ec Allow retrieval of core_info_t for selected core. 
Refactor a bit to avoid lots of duplicated
libretro_free_system_info/get_system_info, etc.
Also copy the core_info_t struct on core change.
